What is Catch the Ace?
A licensed (Licence # M758377) progressive lottery that starts with 52 cards and 52 envelopes. Tickets ($10 each) are purchased for the chance to win the Weekly Draw ("the Weekly Draw") as well as the opportunity to draw the Ace of Spades from the deck of cards, winning the Progressive Pot ("the Pot"). Each week 20% of the funds raised go to the Weekly Draw prize, 30% of the funds raised goes to the Pot, and 50% goes to the Perley Rideau Foundation. The lottery is over once the Ace of Spades is drawn.
Ticket purchasers need to choose and include an envelope number, along with their name, phone number, email address, and address on the ticket stub.
Ticket sales will be halted every Thursday at 12:00 noon and resume every Thursday at 3:30. Tickets will be available at the Foundation office and may be purchased using cash, credit card, cheque, or online with EFT. The Weekly Draw will take place every Thursday in the Perley Rideau Cafeteria.

Cheque Payment Policy
The Perley Rideau Foundation strongly encourages Catch the Ace ticket purchasers to pay with cash, credit card, or via EFT (PayPal).
If a cheque is used to purchase a winning ticket (weekly prize or jackpot prize), the Foundation reserves the right to withhold funds until such time as the account of the cheque holder is confirmed to have sufficient funds. Every effort will be made to determine this as quickly as possible.
If a cheque from an account with insufficient funds is used to purchase a winning ticket (weekly prize or jackpot prize), the ticket holder agrees to forfeit their winnings to the Perley Rideau Foundation.
