Tree of Life

The Perley Health Tree of Life is a symbol of caring and gratefulness.

Residents, families, friends, staff and supporters are encouraged to make a lasting gift by purchasing a leaf to be placed on the Perley Health Tree of Life.

Your words will be inscribed on a Silver leaf for a donation of $1,000 and on a Gold leaf for a donation of $5,000.

This spectacular sculpture was commissioned by Ottawa philanthropist Mrs. Inez Zelikovitz and created by local artist Ralph Durdin. It will be forever displayed at Perley Health.
