How can I change or cancel my commitment?
If you want to change or cancel your commitment at any time, please contact us at 613-526-7173 and we will make the necessary arrangements.

When will I get my tax receipt?
Your receipts will be issued annually in February by either Canada Helps or Perley Health Foundation. If you have any questions about your tax receipt, please contact us at 613-526-7173.
