Thanks to your incredible support, the Perley Health community came together for a day of socializing and fun games at our very own Perley Health Olympics this August!
The day kicked off with a resident representative from each of five teams proudly carrying their team flag into the opening ceremonies. With the singing of O Canada, the recitation of the Perley Olympic Oath, and the lighting of the Olympic Torch, spirits were high, and the excitement was contagious.
Tenants and residents, like John, participated in a variety of exciting events including Target Shooting, Walk and Roll Track, and the Magic Table Soccer Tournament. Staff and volunteers made sure every moment was filled with laughter, teamwork, and connection. And after a thrilling afternoon of spirited participation, everyone enjoyed the Ice Cream Parlour hosted in the pub.

Your generosity helps fund the Therapeutic Recreation and Creative Arts program, which is vital in organizing meaningful and social activities like the Perley Health Olympics. These programs bring residents, tenants, and staff together, keeping them engaged, happy, and connected to their community.
