Annual Royal Canadian Legion Info Session
On October 2, Royal Canadian Legion members from District G came to Perley Health to see first-hand the impact of their giving to the Foundation in 2017. The Foundation holds an annual information session for members of the Royal Canadian Legion where the direct impact of Legion support on Veterans’ lives is seen, and the Priority Needs of the Foundation for the coming year are presented.
Legion members were taken on a tour of Perley Health and saw the Creative Arts Studio and renovated dining room, among other things. The event was also an opportunity to celebrate Legion giving in 2017, totalling $74, 274.00!
