Jana Lee Murray

Jana Lee Murray is Chief Growth Officer at ADGA Group. She leads corporate growth strategy, overseeing Business Development, Marketing and Communications, Innovation, and Proposal Development. With more than twenty years of experience delivering complex technical solutions across defence, security, aerospace, public safety, marine, nuclear, healthcare, and commercial sectors, she specializes in advancing programs, shaping markets, and strengthening client partnerships. Her mandate is to drive sustainable growth and position ADGA for long-term success.

Jana Lee joined ADGA’s Executive Leadership Team in May 2023, bringing with her two decades of experience advancing technical solutions in defence and security, public safety, aerospace, marine, nuclear, healthcare, and commercial sectors.

An award-winning business professional, Jana Lee has held leadership roles in global business development, human systems integration, and account management. Prior to joining ADGA, she served as Program Director of Babcock Leonardo Canadian Aircrew Training, following earlier roles as VISSC II Capture Manager and Senior Manager, Business Support. She spent 14 years at CAE Inc., where she began in Human Factors before advancing to account management roles in defence, public safety, and the NATO Flying Training in Canada program.

Jana Lee is recognized for her leadership in Canada’s defence and security industry. She was named one of Esprit de Corps’ Top Women in Defence (2016) and a Vanguard Game Changer (2018–2019). She also served as President of Women in Defence and Security (WiDS) from 2015–2020, and as a member of the Centennial College Emergency Management and Public Safety Institute (EMPSI) Steering Committee from 2010–2016.

She holds a Master of Human Kinetics from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Wilfrid Laurier University, both with distinction.
