Tracy Holmes is a lifelong learner and compassionate fundraiser at heart, with more than 11 years of experience inspiring generosity in support of health care. She joined the Perley Health Foundation team in March 2024 and is proud to work alongside a powerhouse group of women who share her passion for making a difference.

Originally from the Windsor, ON area, Tracy studied music at the University of Windsor, earning a Bachelor of Musical Arts degree before making Ottawa her home over two decades ago. She also served as a musician in the Canadian Forces Military Reserves—a chapter of her life that left her with deep respect and affection for Canada’s Veterans.

As a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), Tracy believes in the power of connection, creativity, and community to drive meaningful change. Whether she’s crafting a compelling appeal or sharing stories of the incredible power of philanthropic giving, she puts her whole heart into her work.

When she’s not fundraising, you’ll likely find Tracy enjoying music, getting her hands dirty in the garden, or bringing a creative idea to life. At Perley Health, she’s thrilled to be part of a mission that honours the past, enriches the present, and transforms care for the future.
