As an accomplished charitable sector executive, CFRE accredited, and fully bilingual, Delphine fosters opportunities for donors to support the mission of Perley Health. Delphine has worked in the field for over 20 years, most recently as the Executive Director of Perley Health Foundation. Working as a conduit between the donor and the institution is her greatest motivator as a professional fundraiser. Donors would describe her as warm, a strong communicator, transparent, and passionate.

In 2020, Perley Health Foundation, under her leadership, launched the largest capital campaign in the organization's history: a $10 million campaign that not only raised more money but also changed the trajectory of Perley Health by establishing Canada’s first Centre for Excellence in Frailty-Informed Care to transform care for all seniors and Veterans. 

Before working at Perley Health, Delphine was a Communication and Fundraising Specialist at Carefor Health & Community Services and Director of Outreach at Ottawa Riverkeeper.
