Delphine Haslé is an award-winning fundraising professional with more than 25 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. As Executive Director and Chief Development Officer of the Perley Health Foundation, she is leading transformative change by connecting generous donors with meaningful opportunities to improve care for seniors and Veterans. Donors often describe Delphine as warm, passionate, transparent, and an exceptional communicator—qualities that have made her a trusted leader and relationship builder.

A fully bilingual Certified Fund-Raising Executive (CFRE), Delphine brings a visionary and collaborative approach to philanthropy. Her leadership has driven innovative partnerships and secured major funding, even in the most challenging times—efforts that earned her the prestigious Businesswoman of the Year Award (BYA).

Deeply committed to mentorship and advancing equity in the sector, Delphine actively supports emerging leaders and champions diversity and inclusion.
